Chuck Sweeton
Co-owner
Chuck enters his 5th decade in this industry. He is recognized as an expert in all facets of this industry. Chuck’s knowledge and availability to the Consolidated Waste Systems customer base provides an invaluable tool to keep your business up and running. Chuck is available for consulting and training and is also the head of our training program for all of the CWS service techs. All of our techs have access to Chuck’s training videos on our employee portal side of our website. There is a saying in the State of Florida by those who know, “If Chuck can’t fix it, no one can!”
Mike Straub
Co-owner
Mike brings a welding background and has developed our state-of-the-art fabrication shop. Mike is also responsible for equipment bids, purchasing and the administrative side of our business. Mike manages our used equipment sales.
Vicky Mata
Accounting Manager
Vicky is the heart and soul of the operations. Vicky is available for dispatching, accounts payable and receivable and HR functions. Vicki brings over 17 years of accounting experience, and worked 5 years in the Sheriff’s Department. She is a mother of 5 children.
Harold Patton
Orlando Branch Manager
Harold has a variety of experience in the industry. Harold joined CWS in 2019 coming over from Waste Pro in Bradenton, where he managed the single-stream recycling program for 4 years.
David McCarty
Fabrication Shop Manager
David brings over 5 years of experience in the CDC, machining, welding and fabrication business to our LaBelle, Fl. repair and rebuild program.
Jonathan Lucero
Lead Service Tech – LaBelle
Jonathan covers the Southwest Florida region. Jonathan has a strong welding background and worked his way up to Lead Tech after starting out in our fabrication shop. He has been with CWS for over 4 years.
