CWS Preventive Maintenance Program is a perfect solution to avoid unforeseen breakdowns and schedule losses.

Consolidated Waste Systems – 8 Point PM Inspection Program.

•  All participating customers receive 10% off service labor on the equipment that is registered in the program.
• Participating customers receive “guaranteed straight time labor rate / same-day service on all calls received by 1:00pm”.
• The 8-point Inspection/PM is a fixed cost for either a baler or compactor. Pricing includes travel charge within 50 miles of our location.

8-Point PM Inspection

1. Check all oil levels
2. Inspect electrical system, switches, stops operation
3. Inspect all welds, hinges, etc.
4. Monitor mechanical operation
5. Inspect all hoses and fittings.
6. Monitor hydraulic operations
7. Inspect all filters
8. Provide detailed report *and/or initiate repairs that were noted.

Choose between Quarterly or Bi-annual PM Service Agreement for each piece of equipment on site.

• Quarterly $175– Baler / Self-Contained Unit – Annual Cost – $700
• Bi-Annual $200– Baler / Self-Contained Unit – Annual Cost – $400

Note: Costs include up to 5 gallons of fluids. Costs do not include parts or equipment.

Hours of Operation

Monday – Friday – 8:00am – 4:30pm
Saturday – 8:00am – 4:30pm
Sunday – 8:00am – 4:30pm

All calls received after 1:00pm Monday – Friday may require approval for overtime charges unless that account is participating in the PM Program. All calls on Saturday are at the overtime rate. All calls on Sunday and Holidays are at the double-time rate.
